Become an All Things Equitable Advisory Committee Member
To ensure equitable workplaces, organizations need a full range of consulting services informed by people with lived experiences of marginalization.
To supplement our work and ensure best-in-class inclusion outcomes, we work with a network of experts to provide advisory services to us, which will ensure quality products and services that improve the experiences of all people at work.
We Want to Hear From You
Are you a member of a historically marginalized and underrepresented societal group? (Queer, trans, black, indigenous, people of colour, womxn, people with disabilities, newcomers including those with foreign qualifications, member of a religious minority)
Do you have lived experiences of discrimination, harassment or workplace violence including sexual violence? (bullying, marginalization, ostracism, being ignored, microaggressions etc.)
Are you aware of barriers in the workplace for a specific segment of a workplace population (physical, attitudinal, systemic) and do you have ideas to fix them?
Do you want to improve the work experiences of people from all walks of life?
Our goal is to ensure that All Things Equitable’s work is guided by diverse perspectives who wish to make workplaces more equitable for all. We wish to develop lifelong partnerships and to consult with committee members from time to time, on an as-needed basis, via surveys or focus groups. We will have an advisory committee for each and every marginalized group possible and will ensure diversity of race, gender, ability, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, etc. across groups wherever possible to inform intersectional approaches to diversity, inclusion and equity. If you are a person with a disability and you require an accommodation to participate in this recruitment or on an advisory committee, please let us know how we may support you.
