All Things Equitable Inc.

“We Make It Easy to be Equitable.”

All Things Equitable Inc. is one of the only management consulting firms, based in the Greater Toronto Area, addressing inequities in the workplace for all marginalized groups. We help organizations to be diverse, inclusive, safe, and to support the mental health and wellbeing of all their people. We go beyond diversity and inclusion and offer creative solutions for leadership development, and employee education. We help organizations to make system-wide improvements to their policies, procedures, and practices to achieve equity. We specialize in compliance in the areas of human rights, accessibility, workplace violence, and occupational health and safety. We break systemic and attitudinal barriers to inclusion through the assessment and audit of workplace practices, recommendations for improvement, and training.

Established in 2020, in the wake of the killing of George Floyd, the name All Things Equitable was chosen to reflect our belief that the current ways of doing things in organizations must change to treat everyone with compassion, respect, and empathy—to ensure everyone’s voice is heard and to ensure justice and dignity for all. Our aim with every engagement is to provide the best in diversity and inclusion innovation to each organization we work with so that they know how to treat people equitably for overall workplace wellbeing.
